These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of beeparents.com (the "Site") and your purchase of our digital products, operated by Silverio Tagliamonte, VAT IT03343650598, Via Anna Magnani snc, 04023 Formia (LT), Italy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Products
We sell digital educational products for parents, delivered electronically (for example, downloadable guides, templates, and related materials). Our products are informational and educational resources. They are provided for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. Every child and family is different, and individual results may vary.
2. Purchases and Payment
- Prices are shown on the Site and are payable in the currency indicated at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method.
- You are responsible for providing accurate purchase information.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered electronically, typically immediately after successful payment, via on-screen access and/or an email containing download links. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder if you do not receive delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Our products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout, you expressly request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Accordingly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been made available for access or download, except where required by applicable mandatory law.
5. License and Intellectual Property
- Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- All content on the Site and within the products (text, graphics, materials) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce the products, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the products for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer
The products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. The products are educational resources and do not replace professional guidance. You are responsible for how you apply the information.

Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Italy, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
